Doug Cuneo | CEO

For 14 years, I served our country in the United States Marine Corps, much of that time was spent overseas.  After the birth of my first son, Timmy, I decided to return to the States so I could be with him as he grew up. Luckily, my father, the man Timmy is named after, had a position for me at CET.

At first, I felt like I would never be a good salesman, I couldn’t force “widgets” on people.  I even contemplated returning to the Marine Corps. Then one day I had an epiphany - I realized that I wasn’t a salesman at all, I realized that I was a teacher.  I helped contractors, architects, and designers create superior projects that worked better, and provided a greater value to their customers.

Once I figured that out, I understood that this role was no different than what I did in the Marine Corps; I ensured that my Marine’s had the tools and skill sets to be successful in combat. My focus at CET is to teach people how to create experiences that solve problems and bring greater value to the entire project.
